This week, Kitech Machinery successfully tested the automatic laser filter system with integrated melt pump. The system is designed for efficient filtration of various stubborn impurities in plastic recycling materials (such as PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE, PS, EPS, ABS, PVB, PVC, etc.). It can effectively filter a variety of pollutants including iron, steel, wood chips, paper, textile fibers, unmelted plastics, aluminum, sand, copper, stones, etc., and significantly improve the quality of recycled pellets.

I. Project Overview:

Last week, KITECH Machinery successfully completed the test and verification of the combined system of KCP100-120 compaction and cutting water ring granulator and AGF500/700 crusher. The system is customized for a Mexican agricultural pipe manufacturer. Its process flow is: after the raw materials are crushed by the AGF crusher, they are stably transported through the transfer silo, and finally enter the granulation system through the conveyor belt to complete the granulation.

Last week, the AGS1200 single-shaft shredder was successfully operated at the Kitech factory, achieving a production of 500-600 kg/hour in the shredding process of LDPE film. At the test site, the process was still running smoothly in the face of large volumes of LDPE film, and the output size was uniform. The shredded film can be directly sold as a recycled raw material or further processed.

Kitech Machinery AGF series crusher is specially designed and developed for plastic film, small hollow bottles and PET bottles. According to the characteristics of different materials, targeted rotor structure design can be adopted to achieve "special machine for special purpose" to achieve the best crushing effect. Its main working principle is to drive the moving knife disc to rotate at high speed through the motor. During the operation of the equipment, the feeding is smooth, the size of the discharged fragments is uniform, and the crushed products can be directly sold as recycled raw materials or enter the downstream deep processing process. The output data is based on the LDPE film test, and the actual production capacity will fluctuate according to the material.

This week, Kitech Machinery successfully ran a set of hot melter system to reduce the volume of styrofoam foam. This set of equipment is sold to the Bukovik region of Serbia.This set of equipment can reduce the volume of foam by more than 90%, so that foam can be transformed into hard plastic solids, reducing storage and transportation costs, and facilitating subsequent pelletizing work.
