1. Intelligent Feeding System
Equipped with an automatic conveyor belt, the feeding speed is precisely adjusted via a frequency converter. An optional metal detector effectively filters metal impurities, providing comprehensive protection for subsequent equipment.
2. Cutting and Compacting System
Utilizes frequency converter and servo motor control for precise volumetric feeding. The system integrates preheating, mixing, semi-plasticizing, and pre-drying functions, coupled with precise temperature control technology (integrated water cooling, fan, and spray cooling systems) to effectively prevent raw material degradation and ensure consistent raw material quality.
3. High-Performance Double-Stage Screw Extruder
Employs a specially designed high-efficiency barrel and screw, providing superior plastic waste plasticizing effects and higher output. The unique two-stage single-screw extrusion design, through double extrusion, filtration, and degassing processes, significantly improves the quality of plastic pellets.
4. Innovative Self-Cleaning Screen Changer
Equipped with a six-blade self-cleaning laser filter, it automatically removes impurities during operation, completely eliminating the pain point of frequent shutdowns required by traditional manual screen changers. The core laser screen is made of 1.5mm chromium-molybdenum steel, significantly extending its service life. Advanced laser technology achieves a filtration accuracy of 80-800 microns.
5. Piston Screen Changer
Kitech's innovative column structure design provides a larger filtration area, efficiently capturing fine particles and contaminants. It is particularly suitable for high-flow continuous production operations, reducing filter replacement frequency and improving production efficiency.
6. High-Efficiency Pelletizer
Kitech uses a European-style water ring pelletizer. Pelletizing speed is adjusted in real-time via melt pressure and a frequency converter, ensuring uniform and non-sticky output particle size with a tolerance controlled within 0.3 mm.
7. Vibration Drying System
Combining the advantages of vibration dryers and horizontal centrifugal dryers, high-speed centrifugal vibration produces well-dryed plastic pellets. The water tank is equipped with a heat exchanger for cooling water recycling, promoting energy conservation and environmental protection.
