Kitech JGM series Plasticizing type squeezing dryer is used for the dehydration of LDPE stretch film/agricultural film/PP woven bag and some other thin soft waste plastic , it's equipped with the special high quality screw. Which can dewatering and drying the washed material by the strong press and squeezing power. Materials enter the barrel and screw through the hopper, and the screw squeezes the material with high strength. After pressing, the material is pushed into the die surface cutter and finally cut into semi-plasticized particles, after being squeezed, semi-plasticized particles with much lower moisture and higher density can be faster, easier and more stable fed into pelletizing machine. Which can improve the efficiency of pelletizing machine.

KHS series hydraulic squeezer is applied for drying LDPE industry film/bag and PP woven bags, normally it’s installed at the end of washing lines, inside the squeezer, there is a special designed screw which compress the material continually.
During pressing, there is strong friction between the material and the machine, and generates friction heating, which helpful for drying.
At the outlet of the machine, there is a hydraulic valve. At the beginning it is closed, and the more material compressed, the higher pressure the valve bear. when hydraulic pressure reached the set point. Then the valve opens for discharging the material.

In post-consumer or post-industrial plastic wastes, like PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE, PS, EPS, ABS, PVB, soft PVC, many contamination type can be found such as iron/steel, wood, paper, textile fibres, Un-melted plastics, aluminium, sand, copper, stones, almost others.by the contaminations are constantly increasing and the traditional (manual) screen changers are not able to deliver a good quality of the final product.
