The AGS series standard single-shaft shredder is a model developed specifically for the requirements of customers in the large-scale recycling industry. It's designed with a wide range of allications and industries in mind such as Plastic agricultural mulching film, BOPP film, PET film, woven bag, lumps,pallets etc.
AGS shredder equipped with a powerful swing-type hydraulic pusher.This design effectively prevents blockages, reducing wear on internal guides. Its hydraulic power station is closely integrated with the shredder's chamber, saving space while protecting the hydraulic station and facilitating maintenance. All AGS series models are equipped with an E-type smooth rotor, and the external bearing housing design is based on a hydraulic sieve frame, ensuring safety and reliability with dual practicality.

Based on the AGS single shaft shredder, we have enlarged the rotor diameter to better handle high-strength materials, such as stretch film and ton bags etc.

AGR series shredder is designed for processing large diameter pipe (diameter up to 1200mm), such as PE, PP, PVC, HDPE solid wall pipe, double corrugated pipe, etc., the pipe does not need to be pre-cut, It can be directly put into the shredder horizontally, AGR rotor diameter range from 800mm to 1500mm, Standard hoppers can accept pipes up to 6m in length. The AGR shredder range can also be used to crush small diameter pipe bundles and profiles, large lumps, barrels and pallets, etc.
The AGR shredder can be configured with different types of rotors. The flexible design of the rotors facilitates the processing of various materials, and the rotors can be further improved to meet specific applications.
