Warm congratulations! The KSP single-stage granulation line (equipped with self-cleaning laser filter) exported to New Zealand by Kitech Machinery has been successfully installed and debugged at the customer's factory and officially put into stable production and operation!



The KSP single-stage pelletizing line that has been successfully operated this time is a representative work of Kitech Machinery's advanced plastic recycling and granulation technology. Its core highlight is the integrated self-cleaning laser filter. This technology effectively solves the problem that PP (polypropylene) materials are easily contaminated by impurities during the production process, and significantly improves the purity and quality stability of the product. The whole line design integrates feeding, plasticizing, granulation and drying. The structure is compact and efficient, which perfectly meets the customer's demand for high-performance, low-maintenance granulation equipment. The KSP granulation system is also suitable for processing plastic flakes of different materials such as PE, ABS, PS, HIPS, PC, etc.

Kitech Machinery is pleased to announce that our KSP100-120 two-stage pelletizing line has been successfully commissioned at a manufacturing plant in Russia. After comprehensive commissioning by our overseas technical team, the system performed well during the trial run. The plant operators quickly mastered the intuitive control system, and the customer was very satisfied with the quality of the final PP pellets.

This project is a compacting water ring pelletizing system sold to Tehran, Iran. The raw materials processed by the customer are discarded LLDPE film and packaging bags. The pelletizing system has been successfully operating for 6 years, continuously producing plastic LLDPE particles for the customer.

This project is a film crushing, washing, and drying line sold to the Ardabil region of Iran. The raw materials handled by the customer are discarded LDPE film and packaging bags. The pollutant is sediment.The washing line has been successfully operating for 5 years, continuously recycling and cleaning film materials for the customer.

This project is a film/woven bag washing drying system sold to the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. The raw material processed by the customer is PP woven bags, and the washing system has been successfully running for 6 years, continuously recycling and cleaning raw materials for the customer.

This project is the KCP series double stage compaction water ring pelletizing system sold to the Oryol region of Russia. In this project, the raw material recycled by the customer was LLDPE stretch film. The recycling granulation system in this case has been successfully operating for 4 years, continuously producing LLDPE plastic particles for the customer.

This project is a domestic waste plastic recycling system sold to the Guayaquil region of Ecuador. This recycling system includes a shredding, crushing, and washing system, as well as a two-stage single screw pelletizing system. The raw materials processed are discarded plastic frames, barrels, chairs, and PE/PP fragments. The recycling system in this project has been successfully operating for 4 years, continuously producing PP/PE particles for the customer.

This project is a woven bag recycling and washing line sold to Mexico. The raw materials for the recycling and washing line are HDPE woven bags and PP woven bags. The recycling and washing line of this project has been successfully running for 3 years, continuously processing the woven bags collected by the customer.

The case in question is the KCP series compacting water strand pelletizing sold to Saudi Arabia. This set of recovery system includes two parts: shredder and pelletizing system. The raw materials processed are XPS foam bricks and EPS foam bricks. The recycling system of this case has been successfully running for 3 years, providing customers with pure XPS/EPS particles continuously.
