This case is the KCP series compacting water strand pelletizing system sold to Turkmenistan. This case includes one plastic yarn cutting machine, one belt conveyor, one compactor and single screw extruder, one color masterbatch feeder, a plate type filtration, and a water-cooled stretching system and other machinery .

The recycled PP yarn needs to undergo pre-treatment to remove impurities such as metals and garbage present in the PP yarn, and then be cleaned. Clean PP yarn first needs to be processed by a yarn cutting machine and cut into approximately 3-5 centimeters in length. Then it is transported by a belt conveyor to the compactor, where it is further shredded and compacted. The compacted PP yarn will be heated and melted into liquid plastic in a dry screw extruder. The added colorant feeder can add various colorants to liquid plastics to control the color of the final produced plastic particles. After being filtered by a plate type filtration, liquid plastic will enter the water-cooled stretching system, where it will be cooled and stretched into fine strips. After being dehydrated and processed by a granulator, pure PP particles can be obtained.
