This case includes one plastic yarn cutting machine, one belt conveyor, one compactor and single screw extruder, one color masterbatch feeder, a plate type filtration, and a water-cooled stretching system and other machinery .
The recycled PP yarn needs to undergo pre-treatment to remove impurities such as metals and garbage present in the PP yarn, and then be cleaned. Clean PP yarn first needs to be processed by a yarn cutting machine and cut into approximately 3-5 centimeters in length. Then it is transported by a belt conveyor to the compactor, where it is further shredded and compacted. The compacted PP yarn will be heated and melted into liquid plastic in a dry screw extruder. The added colorant feeder can add various colorants to liquid plastics to control the color of the final produced plastic particles. After being filtered by a plate type filtration, liquid plastic will enter the water-cooled stretching system, where it will be cooled and stretched into fine strips. After being dehydrated and processed by a granulator, pure PP particles can be obtained.
