The system efficiently processes complex plastics like crates, milk bottles, and plastic chairs. After manual sorting, the plastics are crushed into 2x2 cm fragments by the AGF crusher. These fragments then undergo an initial rinse to remove dust and debris before being thoroughly cleaned in a high-speed friction washer, which eliminates stubborn contaminants. A final rinse ensures the fragments are perfectly clean and ready for further processing.
The KCP series double-stage water ring pelletizing system features:

In this system, cleaned LDPE films are detected for metal contaminants before being fed into the KC1000 compactor, where they are melted into liquid plastic. The liquid plastic undergoes two stages of filtration-first through the non-mesh filter, then through the KSE extruder and plate type screen changer-ensuring maximum purity. The final product is cooled and pelletized into high-quality plastic particles using the water ring pelletizer.
