The KCP series two-stage plastic granulator integrates multiple functions, including crushing, cutting, compacting, plasticizing, and granulating, efficiently converting waste PE film into high-value recycled pellets, truly turning waste into treasure. Furthermore, the two-stage system makes this granulation system ideal for recycling films with heavy ink content, high moisture content, and high levels of impurities.
Feeding and Cutting Compactor System
Plastic film is fed into the cutting and compacting system at a steady speed via a rubber belt conveyor. This system provides preheating, mixing, semi-plasticization, and pre-drying functions, facilitating subsequent plasticization and pelletization in the extruder. KiTech's optimized temperature control system effectively prevents overheating and decomposition of the raw material.
Two-Stage Extrusion System
KiTech Machinery's two independently designed and developed single-screw extruders are ideal for heavily printed films, films with high moisture content, and temperature-sensitive materials. The raw material undergoes two stages of extrusion, filtration, and degassing, resulting in enhanced plasticization and pellet quality.
PLC Control System
KiTech utilizes well-known electrical components from brands such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, and LS. The user-friendly interface features one-touch start/stop, recipe memory, and safety interlocks. The 3D visual touch screen panel provides a simple and easy-to-understand interface, making it easy for workers to operate and effectively reducing learning curves.
Screen Changer and Water Ring Pelletizing System
The plate screen changer has a large filtration area and is designed for high-volume, continuous production. The dual-station design effectively reduces downtime and enables uninterrupted screen changes. Equipped with a European-style water ring pelletizer, the cutting speed is evenly adjusted according to melt pressure, ensuring uniform pellet size.
Vibration Drying and Silo System
The vibration drying system produces uniform plastic pellets, effectively preventing pellet clumping and maintaining a moisture content below 3%. As the final critical link in the production line, the silo system ensures that your plastic pellets are stored under ideal conditions, ensuring pellet quality and subsequent secondary processing.
