1. New-Generation Water Ring Hot Cutting System

   Our optimized water ring pelletizing machine adopts integrated water circulation cooling and high-speed rotary cutting structure. Right after the low-MFI plastic melt extrudes from the die head, rotating blades cut melt instantly, and circulating cooling water wraps pellets immediately to avoid adhesion. This design ensures all finished pellets maintain uniform round shape and consistent dimension, fully meeting the Greek customer’s quality standard for recycled granules. Compared with traditional pelletizing equipment, the water ring cutting unit eliminates messy strands, simplifies operation and improves pellet yield by over 15%.
2. Full PLC Automatic Intelligent Control System

   This plastic pelletizing machine is built with an industrial-grade PLC controller as standard configuration. Operators can set extrusion temperature, screw speed, cutting rotation speed and water circulation parameters via the touch screen panel. The whole granulation workflow realizes fully automatic intelligent control without constant manual adjustment.
3. Real-Time Remote Monitoring Function

   A highlight of our water ring pelletizing machine is the built-in remote monitoring module. KITECH technical support engineers can remotely view real-time operating data, check abnormal alarms and adjust running parameters online after machine installation in Greece.
