The KSP series single screw extruding and Recycling granulating system is specialized for rigid plastic scrap. It combines function of raw materials feeding , plasticization ,Granulating and drying.this machine is sutible for the after crushing/Shredding rigid flakes,such as PP PE ABS PS HIPS PC etc.
The machine made final uniform pellets/Granules could be as the injection molding ,film blowing ,pipe extrusion application .

Screw loader
1 After Crushing/Shredding raw materials are feed into screw loader , conveyed into the single screw extruder by screw loader .
2 Feeding speed adjustable by inverter controller according to the feeding amount.
3 The raw materials of conveying pipe are stainless steel, the typical capacity are customized .
Single screw extruder
1 High efficiency barrel and screw used for plastic granulating with excellent plasticizing result and high output capacity.
2 Extruder with equiped with protection cover ,extryder running speed adjustable by inverter .
3 Adopt high wear resistant alloy material to ensure 1.5 times service life of normal one .
Degassing system
1 Double chamber design, realizing non-stop operation.
2 Equipped with vacuum pump and waste water tank .
3 Double vacuum degassing to get rid of the low molecular, moisture and printing ink efficiency to improve the final plastic pellets /ganules quality.
Plate type filtration
1.Single-board, dual-station design ,with lifting rings to facilitate installation and maintenance. 2.Ceramic heaters are provided on both sides to maintain the temperature of the material.
3.Equipped with Gefran pressure sensor, when the pressure in front of the network is more than 12 MPa, it will prompt to change the screen.
Piston type filtration

Auto-clean filter
