KSJZ series conical twin screw pelletizing machine
The PVC hot-cut granulation production line mainly adopts the surface-grinding hot-cut method to produce water-free granulation of plastics with relatively cold solid properties (such as HDPE, PVC) and filled modified plastics (such as calcium filling). This production line has the advantages of high granulation precision and high hot cutting output. The hot-heating granulation on the die surface makes the material particles look smooth, plump and beautiful.

Screw loader
1The PVC raw materials are feed into screw loader , conveyed into the single screw extruder by screw loader .
2 Feeding speed adjustable by inverter controller according to the feeding amount.
3 The raw materials of conveying pipe are stainless steel, the typical capacity are customized .
Conical Twin Screw extruder
1.The frame of the conical twin-screw extruder is made of high-quality steel and high-strength plates welded and finely processed.
2. The gearbox adopts hard-tooth surface ground gears, and the main standard parts such as bearings and oil seals are all made of high-quality products. The whole machine has high load-bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.
