1. Large-capacity drying silo and screw feeder
Kitech Machinery large-capacity drying silo can effectively dry the moisture in the raw materials. The variable speed screw conveyor then transports the dried material (<14 mm fragments) to the extrusion system, and the feed speed and output can be fully customized according to customer needs.

2. Optimized extrusion unit
The heart of the system is a twin-screw extruder with a vent design that ensures excellent plasticizing and high pellet output. Its longer service life is due to the special bimetallic alloy structure of the screw and barrel components.

3. Innovative laser filter technology
The heart of the system - the self-cleaning laser filter module - uses a hardened steel filter screen with precision laser-drilled micropores (80-800 microns). Its continuous cleaning mechanism uses six scrapers and a dedicated discharge screw to maintain a stable output even with high feedstock contamination. This eliminates the need for manual filter changes while minimizing melt losses during operation.

Complementing this is our single-barrel dual-position plate backup filter design, ceramic heating belts for precise temperature control, and a GEFRAN® pressure sensor that automatically alerts the operator when the filter screen needs to be replaced. The integrated lifting ring mechanism simplifies maintenance procedures.

4. Precision granulation and drying
The downstream process uses a European-designed water ring granulator, which uses a PLC-controlled variable speed operation synchronized with the melt pressure to produce uniform granules. The subsequent two-stage drying system combines vibration and centrifugal technology, and uses a closed-loop water circuit for heat exchange cooling to ensure that the final granules reach the optimal dryness.

5. Intelligent control system
Kitech Machinery entire production line is managed by an integrated PLC system and a touch screen HMI interface, which enables streamlined operation, minimizes personnel requirements, and provides comprehensive process monitoring.
