Poland-PE Lumps And Film-KCP Series Compacting Water Ring Pelletizing System

This case is the KCP Series Compacting Water Ring Pelletizing System sold to Poland. The customer's recycled materials include pre treated PE bubble film fragments and PE machine head material fragments. The system has been successfully operating for 3 years, providing the customer with continuous supply of pure PE particles.

The KCP Series Compacting Water Ring Pelletizing System, includes a belt conveyor with metal detectors, KCP100/36 single screw extruder, pellet dust removal system, plate type filtration, water ring pelletizing system, 15HP chiller and other mechanical equipment.

After being inspected by a metal detector, the film fragments will be sent to the pellet machine through a belt conveyor, where they will be shredded again and melted into liquid plastic. After being filtered by a plate type filtration changer, they will be cooled and cut into plastic particles in a water ring pellet cutting device. After being processed by a vibrating screen and a spin dryer, clean plastic particles can be obtained.

The KCP series compacting  water ring pelletizing system used in this case is specifically designed for customers with high purity requirements for their pellets. It is capable of processing a wide variety of soft plastic films, foams, filaments, bags, woven bags, and fabrics, including materials such as PE, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, BOPP, ABS, EPS, XPS, and PS.
