This project is a compacting water ring pelletizing system sold to Tehran, Iran. The raw materials processed by the customer are discarded LLDPE film and packaging bags. This system serves as an efficient PE film compactor pelletizing machine, specifically designed to handle light film materials. The pelletizing system has been successfully operating for 6 years, continuously producing plastic LLDPE particles for the customer.
The compacting water ring pelletizing system in this case mainly includes the following machinery: one belt conveyor with metal detector, one KC series pellet bucket and one KSE extruder, one plate filter, and one water ring granulation system. The system is equipped with a color masterbatch feeder, which can adjust the color of the plastic particles produced according to production needs. With its versatile design, it also functions as a reliable PP PE recycling machine, capable of processing both polypropylene and polyethylene materials.
The plastic recycling and compacting water ring pelletizing system designed for automated work is easy to operate and can be produced by 1-2 people control. After pre-processing, LLDPE fragments are detected by metal detectors and then enter the compaction water ring granulation system. After a series of processes such as crushing, compaction, melting, filtering, cooling, pelletizing, etc., high-quality plastic LLDPE particles can be obtained. Such a setup is ideal for any plastic processing plant looking to convert waste film into valuable raw materials.
