This project is a film/woven bag washing drying system sold to the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. The raw material processed by the customer is PP woven bags, and the washing system has been successfully running for 6 years, continuously recycling and cleaning raw materials for the customer.
This set of film/woven bag washing drying system adopts a double semi-plasticized type squeezer, with a raw material processing capacity of 800-1000 kilograms per hour. The machine configuration of the washing system mainly includes: two washing tanks, one low-speed friction washing machine, one horizontal feeding screw machine, two semi-plasticized type squeezer, and one shredder purchased by the customer.
The PP woven bags that have undergone preliminary manual sorting can be divided into parts that are wrapped together and then transported by a belt conveyor to a shredder. The shredder can shred the woven bags into pieces of 3x5 centimeters in size. After two washing and low-speed friction washing, the PP woven bags fragments will be evenly fed into two semi-plasticized type squeezer by the horizontal sorting screw machine. The semi-plasticized type squeezer can compress PP woven bag fragments into circular plastic fragments of 2X2 cm size through high temperature and extrusion work, with a final moisture content controlled between 3% -5%.
The film/woven bag washing drying system used in this case can handle various soft plastic films, foams, filaments, bags, woven bags, and fabrics, such as PE, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, BOPP, ABS, EPS, XPS, PS, etc.
