Through the dual purification process of low-speed flexible friction scrubbing and circulating water rinsing, surface attachments such as sediment, oil stains, dust, aging coatings and various residual impurities on waste pipes are completely removed, thoroughly solving the industry pain points of incomplete cleaning and high impurity residue in traditional plastic pipe recycling. After deep purification, the wet materials are sent to the high-speed centrifugal dewatering machine for rapid dehydration and drying, removing surface residual moisture, and finally obtaining clean, dry and impurity-free HDPE refined fragments that fully meet the raw material standards for pelletizing production of the HDPE recycling plant.

The clean and dry HDPE refined fragments processed by the pretreatment washing line are quantitatively and stably conveyed to the downstream pelletizing system, completing the whole process of melting plasticization, precision filtration, water-ring pelletizing, circulating water cooling and centrifugal spin-drying, and finally producing high-quality recycled HDPE pellets. Qualified HDPE fragments are uniformly fed into the KSE series single-screw extruder through a quantitative screw feeder. The equipment is equipped with a high-precision constant temperature control system, which matches exclusive melting and plasticizing parameters according to the physical characteristics of HDPE materials, fully melting and homogenizing solid plastic fragments into uniform and stable plastic melt. The molten plastic enters the high-precision plate filter for deep multi-layer filtration, thoroughly removing trace impurities, black spots and carbonized particles in the melt, significantly improving the purity and uniformity of the plastic melt, and ensuring the excellent appearance and stable performance of recycled pellets from the source.
