Saudi Arabia-HDPE Big Diameter Pipe Crushing Washing Pelletizing System
This case is an AGR series Big Diameter Pipe shredder system for HDPE material sold to Saudi Arabia, as well as a set of single screw pelletizing systems from the KSP series. This case recycling system has been successfully running for 2 years, solving the entire recycling process from recycling HDPE pipes to producing HDPE particles for the customer. The core equipment serving this process is a reliable hdpe shredder that handles large-diameter pipes efficiently.
The Big Diameter Pipe shredding, crushing, and washing system in this case, as well as the KSP series single screw pelletizing system, mainly include the following equipment: one AGR series shredder (a robust plastic shredder machine industrial grade) equipped with hydraulic pushing device and automatic pipe flipping feeding device, one AGF series crusher, one screw feeder, one low-speed friction wash, one washing tank, one dewatering machine, one KSE series single screw extruder, one plate type filtration, and one water ring pelletizer system.
The recycled pipes are placed on the flipping feeding device. After the PLC control system confirms the recycling, the flipping feeding device will feed the pipes into the shredder. This hdpe shredder machine then shreds HDPE pipes into medium-sized fragments of 3x3 centimeters, which are transported by a belt to the next crusher for further crushing into smaller fragments. After multiple cleaning, drying, and other steps, the small HDPE pipe fragments can be used for the next granulation process.
The processed HDPE fragments are transported by a screw feeder to a single screw extruder. In the single screw extruder, HDPE fragments are extruded and melted into liquid plastic. After being filtered by a plate filter, a purer liquid plastic can be obtained. Then, through the water ring pelletizer system, cooling, cutting, and drying processes, clean HDPE particles can be obtained.
The AGR series Big Diameter Pipe shredder system used in this case, as well as the KSP series single screw pelletizing system, can handle various types of pipes, hard materials, plastic baskets, plastic buckets, etc., such as PP, PE, ABS, PS, HIPS, PC, etc.
