KWPH Series Hard plastics washing machine
Kitech plastic rigid waste washing lines are engineered to process a variety of hard plastic waste materials, including but not limited to PE PPdrums, LDPE irrigation drip tape, PP battery case, PS,PC bucket , ABS plastic toy and other plastic types.Our production lines are designed to effectively washing and prepare these materials for recycling, contributing to the circular economy and reducing environmental impact. Through grading, crushing, and washing, clean and reusable materials can be obtained for downstream use. The RPW series of hard plastic recycling lines have a capacity of 500 kg/h~5,000 kg/h. A high-efficiency treatment technique can greatly improve recycling efficiency.

Screw loader

Frictionwasher
A powerful washing device that can remove most contaminants from PE PP scraps.

Crusher
Remove the water from washed material

2. Inner shaft is made by 45# steel and nickel chrome plated ensures abrasion resistance and toughness;
3. Bearing: NSK high speed bearings, imported from Japan ,Bearing stand doubled.
4. Minimum speed 2200RPM, humidity remain less than 2% for rigid plastic material
5. Screens can be easily exchanged for maintenance.
Hot Air pipeline dryer
Further drying the material, so that the final moisture content is less than 1%, pure stainless steel pipe, no pollution to the material, long service life
Storage Buffer
Storage washed PE PP material, to guarantee non-stop work and stable feeding for pelletizing line, the slio is made of stainless steel, no contamination to the material and very durable and sturdy.
PLC controller
