De-Baler is a kind of equipment specially used for waste plastic recycling and processing, mainly used to disassemble plastic bottles compressed into bricks or bundled into packages. These machines are usually located at the front of the plastic bottle recycling line, preparing for subsequent crushing, cleaning and processing steps.

Trommel is a screening device commonly used in the plastic recycling and processing industry to remove small size of sands, stone, metal, caps and impurity less than 50mm  by rotary centrifugal force. 

The tank is hot galvanized for antirust and anti-corrosion, efficiently preventing the corrosion because of  raw material contact.

PET label remover is a device specially used to mechanically remove the labels from bottles, and separate the labels and bottles pneumatically , the label remove efficency is more than 95%.

Clean the bottle surface and remove the dust, mud and other contaminations. If inputting the steam or hot water (about 80 ℃), it can remove the oil efficiently, and easily make PVC bottles to turn to white color,  which helps workers to select PVC bottles. Motor power: 15-30KW

Optical sorting machine is mainly used to improve the sorting efficiency and purity in the PET bottle recycling process. non-PET , motley bottles and colored bottle can be removed, PET bottles of the same color can be carried out to the next process.

Make the label and glue loosen from bottles, and remove oil, chemicals and other organics contamination from PET flakes. Equipped with automatic soda dosing feeder for both liquid and solid materials, including PH value detect & control system as option;Input steam requirement: 200kg/h flux steam for each tank, 0.7MPa, ≥170℃; Caustic soda concentration: about 1-2%. Soak time: more than 20 minutes.

Flakes optical sorter can effectively remove impurities from PET Flakes, such as PVC, PP, PE, PA, POM and other materials, as well as other colored PET flakes, so as to obtain high-purity recycled PET flakes.
