KWPP Series PP woven bags washing machine
PP Jumbo woven bag washing line is a production line specially designed for handling and recycling large flexible container bags (also known as ton bags, space bags, woven bag etc.). These bags are usually used to pack and transport bulk materials, such as chemical raw materials, ore powder, grain, etc. Tons of bags after use often contain residual materials that need to be cleaned and treated before they can be recycled or reused. Kitech Machinery can provide a complete automatic PP big bag recycling line, including shredding, crushing, washing, drying and other processes, as well as fully automated control system to ensure production efficiency and stability.

Heavy duty Shredder
PP woven/jumbo bags are known for high strength, which necessitates the use of specially designed heavy-duty shredders for shredding operations. Kitech has specifically designed the AGX series of heavy-duty shredders to cater to this need. The mechanical structure of AGX series shredder is very strong. The equipment adopts German SEW gear box to provide strong shredding force and can withstand high load shredding operation. The specially designed rotor is strong and wear-resistant.

Washing tank
For separation of contaminants or other plastics with density > 1 g/cm³ from PE/PP flakes
1. Designed with sediment discharge device, which is controlled by air cylinder, easy to operate, save water, improving the water quality and realize whole line non-stop production.
2. All Thumb-wheels are made by SS304, special design to make sure the material immerse in water completely to get a better washing effect.
3. According to the capacity and impurity contents, the washing length can reach 4-10m and width 1.5-2m, ensure the cleaning effect.
