Born for Challenges, Reshaping Recycled Pellets Quality
The KCP100+120 system is optimized for handling various difficult-to-process plastic materials. Whether it's heavily ink-printed films, materials with high moisture content, or raw materials that are extremely sensitive to temperature, its core double-stage extruder achieves excellent plasticizing and purification effects through double-stage extrusion, efficient filtration, and degassing processes, ultimately producing high-purity, high-quality recycled plastic pellets. This superior quality ensures that the granules fully meet the standards for resale and reprocessing, providing a high-quality raw material guarantee for downstream products.

Intelligent Feeding and Pre-treatment: Rubber belt conveyors equipped with variable frequency drives (VFDs) achieve precise automatic feeding. The cutting and compacting system, powered by a servo motor, ensures uniform feeding and integrates preheating, mixing, semi-plasticizing, and drying functions, significantly improving subsequent extrusion efficiency.
Efficient Dust Removal, Ensuring Purity: An innovative dust removal device captures dust at the source, creating a cleaner and healthier working environment, reducing equipment wear, and ensuring the superior quality of the final granules.
Stable Filtration System: Plate type screen changers provide an extra-large filtration area and are designed for continuous production. Combined with a double-station design, it enables rapid and uninterrupted screen changing. Ceramic heating technology precisely controls the melt temperature, improving product output consistency. Equipped with Jefro sensors for real-time melt pressure monitoring, facilitating timely filter replacement.
PLC Intelligent Control: The PLC control system utilizes PLCs from top international brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, and ABB, featuring an intuitive 3D interface. It enables one-button start/stop, formula memory, and safty features function, offering simple operation and low learning curve.
Economical and Efficient Pelletizing System: The system employs a mature and stable underwater strand extrusion pelletizing process. Through a three-step process of "extrusion → water cooling → pelletizing," it transforms the plastic melt into highly uniform granules (accuracy up to ±0.3mm). This solution is ideal for large-scale production of general-purpose plastics such as PP and PE, combining superior performance with excellent cost-effectiveness.
