4. Water ring pelletizing unit
Kitech Machinery adopts a European-designed cutting system with variable frequency motor to ensure particle size consistency of ±0.5mm, and anti-sticking water circulation to ensure smooth material flow.
5. Multi-stage drying system
Kitech's drying system combines vibration and centrifugal drying modules to achieve ≤0.1% residual moisture, meeting the direct application requirements of subsequent injection molding, extrusion and processes.
6. Intelligent control system
Kitech uses original Siemens PLC program and touch screen, and is equipped with one-button start, safety interlock and recipe memory. It supports multiple material switching without repeated parameter settings.
7. Monitorable packaging system
The packaging system is equipped with a double hopper storage system, which increases the material storage capacity by 150%. Equipped with a digital monitoring system, it can track production in real time.
