USA-Nylon-KCP Series Compacting Strand Pelletizing System

This case is about the KCP series Compacting Strand Pelletizing System sold to the United States. The customer recycled and processed nylon 66 wire, and the granulation system has been successfully operating for 4 years, continuously producing nylon particles for the customer.

The KCP series Compacting Strand Pelletizing System,includes mechanical equipment such as a belt conveyor with metal detectors, KC1400 compactor, KCP180/36 single screw extruder, dry dust removal system, column screen changer, and automatic stretching and granulation system.

The pre processed nylon yarn,is transported by a belt conveyor and enters the KC1400 compactor, where it is further chopped into smaller fragments and compacted. Subsequently, it will be heated and melted into liquid plastic. After being filtered through a column screen changer, the liquid plastic will be extruded into long strips and enter the automatic strip cutting system, where it will be cooled and cut into individual nylon particles.

The KCP series Compacting Strand Pelletizing System system used in this case can process various soft plastic films, cotton, long filaments, bags, woven bags, and woven fabrics, such as PE LDPE, HDPE LLDPE, PP, BOPP, ABS, EPS, XPS, etc.
