Use our single-shaft shredders, dual-shaft shredders or multi-shaft shredders to shred large plastic waste according to your needs. This reduces the waste into smaller sizes for subsequent processing and transportation.
Combined with optical material and color sorting equipment, materials are roughly sorted. Improve the purity of materials and ensure the efficiency and utilization of subsequent recycling.
The shredded materials are further broken into 8-16mm flake materials and sent to the rinsing machine and friction cleaning equipment for deep cleaning. This effectively removes dirt, grease and impurities from surfaces, improving the quality of the recyclate.
Spin drying and drying: Dry and dry the washed plastic sheets to remove moisture and ensure that the moisture content of the material is less than 2% for subsequent granulation processing.

The cleaned and dried flakes are sent to the granulation recycling equipment to be processed into granules. This power can usually be configured with multi-channel filtration, vacuum exhaust, and strip pulling, water ring or underwater granulation methods to produce particles of different shapes according to material characteristics and user needs. These recycled particles can be used in downstream production processes such as sheets, pipes, bottle blowing, and injection molded parts.
