BOPP film----biaxially oriented polypropylene film, is a kind of special extension machine, the film will be extended both longitudinally and horizontally at the same time. Its main component is polypropylene, commonly used in food packaging, clothing moisture-proof bags, daily chemical packaging, adhesive tape base film, printing composite packaging film, books and magazines, wine boxes, cigarettes and other products packaging, PET bottle labelling film and so on.
Recycled BOPP film may contain residues such as food residues or ink. These residues need to be removed through cleaning to improve the quality of the recycled material. KiTech Machinery provides a complete solution from crushing to cleaning to drying for the characteristics of BOPP film and the impurity rate of the material.
The clean BOPP flakes after crushing and cleaning are made into uniform granules by the granulator, and these granules are used to make new BOPP films or other plastic products. KiTech Machinery KCP series compactor can efficiently process the clean BOPP films recovered from the BOPP plant and the cleaned BOPP films, and for the BOPP films printed by heavy ink, the KCP compactor can be equipped with a special degassing system to ensure the quality of granules after granulation. For heavy ink printed BOPP films, KCP compactors can also be equipped with special degassing systems to ensure the quality of the pellets after granulation.
