First, the relatively thin and light foam material is physically compressed, usually using cold pressing and hot melt process solutions. After processing, the lightly thrown materials are compressed into smaller volumes for easier storage and transportation.


Generally, this type of material is relatively light and difficult to clean and remove moisture. Therefore, KITECH usually recommends users to directly shred and crush such materials, and then use multi-stage granulation to make renewable processed foam materials to produce new EPS, XPS and EPE products. These products can include packaging boxes, insulation boards, filling materials, packaging materials, etc.
