I. Project Overview:
Last week, KITECH Machinery successfully completed the test and verification of the combined system of KCP100-120 compaction and cutting water ring granulator and AGF500/700 crusher. The system is customized for a Mexican agricultural pipe manufacturer. Its process flow is: after the raw materials are crushed by the AGF crusher, they are stably transported through the transfer silo, and finally enter the granulation system through the conveyor belt to complete the granulation. The output of the entire production line can reach 300-350kg/h.
II. Verification test details:
This test uses LDPE film bags and green HDPE flakes as the main raw materials. The produced plastic particles show the following excellent characteristics:
Uniform size: high consistency of particle size.
Uniform color: uniform distribution of particle color.
Excellent appearance: smooth surface, no bubbles.
Comply with standards: fully meet the various standard requirements for recycled plastic manufacturing.

III. Core equipment introduction:
AGF series crusher (AGF500/700)
Design concept: Designed for efficient recycling of plastic film, small hollow bottles and PET bottles, it adopts a rotor design customized by Kitech Machinery to accurately match the unique crushing requirements of different materials.
Working principle: The rotor blades rotate at high speed driven by a powerful motor. The rotor blades interact with the fixed bottom knife to produce strong shearing through the precisely calibrated gap, efficiently breaking large pieces of plastic into smaller and more uniform fragments.

1.Sturdy bearing system and counterweights: The use of sealed bearings and heavy-duty guide bearings, with oversized external bearing seats, significantly extends the service life. The counterweight design on both sides ensures that the machine remains stable and low in vibration during continuous operation.
2.Electric hydraulic control: The automated hydraulic system easily and safely opens the casing and screen frame through the controller, greatly reducing the operator's workload and optimizing the workflow. Its sturdy structure ensures long-term and reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
3. High-performance blades: Made of high-hardness D2 alloy steel, durable. The unique V-cutting technology and staggered rotor blade arrangement are particularly good at crushing thin films and hollow plastics, ensuring uniform output particle size and high crushing efficiency.
4. Advanced PLC control system: The advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) of Kitech Machinery provides high flexibility and programmability, which can be customized according to specific operation requirements. The safety system is complete, including the automatic power-off function when the maintenance door is opened.
IV. Transfer silo
Key role: Through the bottom unloading mechanism, the accumulated fragments are transported to the downstream equipment at a relatively constant and controllable rate. It effectively solves the contradiction between the intermittent output of the upstream crusher and the continuous and stable feeding demand of the subsequent process.
System value: It is the core hub component to ensure the smooth, efficient and continuous operation of the entire production line.
V. KCP100-120 Compacting and Cutting Water Ring Granulator
Wide adaptability of raw materials: KCP series granulation system is suitable for a wide range of raw materials, not only for HDPE flakes, but also compatible with PE, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, BOPP, ABS, EPS, XPS, PS and other materials.
Integrated and efficient recycling solution: This two-stage plastic granulation system integrates crushing, cutting, compacting, plasticizing and granulating functions, and is an intelligent and efficient recycling solution for processing various types of plastic waste. The two-stage combination design makes it particularly good at recycling films with heavy ink, high moisture content and high impurity content.
Core modules of the system:
1. Automatic feeding system: Equipped with a variable speed belt conveyor to realize automatic feeding on demand. Optional metal detectors can effectively remove metal impurities in the raw materials and protect the compactor (granulator).
2. Crushing and compacting system: The crushing and compacting system independently developed by Kuike Machinery integrates preheating, mixing, semi-plasticizing and pre-drying functions to ensure stable and fast feeding for subsequent processes. The compactor is equipped with a temperature control system to effectively prevent the degradation of raw materials due to overheating.
3. Two-stage granulation system: The two-stage single-screw extruder granulator design is particularly suitable for processing heavy ink printed films, high moisture content films and temperature-sensitive raw materials. The raw materials are extruded twice, fully filtered and exhausted to achieve better plasticization effect and higher pellet quality.
4. Plate filtration system: The single plate double-station configuration provides the largest filtration area to ensure continuous operation of the machine. Ceramic heaters are equipped on both sides to effectively maintain the raw material melt temperature. Integrated GEFRAN pressure sensor to achieve automatic alarm for screen change.
5. Water ring pelletizing system: The latest design of European water ring pelletizer is adopted. The pelletizing speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter to ensure that plastic pellets of uniform size are obtained.
6. Vibration drying system: Combination of vibration dryer and horizontal centrifugal dryer. Through centrifugal high-speed vibration, efficient and sufficient drying of plastic pellets is achieved. The water tank is equipped with a heat exchanger to cool the water temperature. The cooling water can be recycled, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
7. PLC control system: The core electrical components are internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, Schneider, and ABB. The system has functions such as one-button start and stop, formula memory, and interlocking safety. The intuitive 3D visual operation interface is easy to operate and has a low learning cost.
