Working Principle
A hydraulic squeezer is a specialized device that uses a hydraulic system to generate high pressure to mechanically squeeze materials for solid-liquid separation. This type of equipment, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, applies continuous and stable high pressure to the material, squeezing out free water from the material and achieving dehydration. This device can be used standalone or integrated into a washing line, with production capacity customized to customer requirements.
Applications
Dehydrating and drying washed materials
1. LLDPE stretch film
2. PE agricultural film
3. LDPE film
4. Domestic waste film
5. PP woven bags
Core Advantages
High dehydration rate: The hydraulic system provides a stable high pressure, achieving highly efficient solid-liquid separation.
Low energy consumption: Compared to traditional centrifugal dryers, it offers energy savings of up to 70%.
Intelligent Control: Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, it precisely controls pressure and dehydration time, ensuring consistent dehydration results.
High Compatibility: Can be used in conjunction with hot air drying systems, keeping the final moisture content within 3-5%. Precise Pressure Regulation: Utilizing multi-stage pressure control technology, the pressure is automatically adjusted based on the characteristics of the material, effectively preventing clogging.
Workflow
The KHS series hydraulic squeezer is used for drying LDPE industrial film, LDPE bags, and PP woven bags. It is operated by a one-button start-stop PLC intelligent control system. Cleaned material is conveyed into the squeezer via a screw conveyor. A hydraulic valve is located at the machine's outlet. Initially, the valve is closed. The more the material is compressed, the greater the pressure on the valve. When the hydraulic pressure reaches the set value, the valve opens, discharging the material.
Maintenance Recommendations
To ensure the long-term stable operation of the squeezer, users should pay attention to the following key points:
1. Before operation, check that all equipment components, such as the pressure system and seals, are in good condition to avoid malfunctions due to wear.
2. Adjust pressure parameters according to the material characteristics. Excessive pressure may damage the equipment or affect separation efficiency.
3. Regular cleaning is essential, especially of the machine's filter section, to prevent clogging and contamination. 4. If abnormal noise or performance degradation is found, the machine should be stopped and inspected in time. These measures can extend the service life of the equipment.
