This pelletizing system features an economical and practical underwater strand cutting system. It utilizes a three-step process: extrusion → water cooling → strand cutting. The system consists of a strand die, cooling water tank, air dryer, strand pelletizer, and vibratory drying system. 1. Feeding System
The feeding system utilizes a belt conveyor, which automatically feeds the material during operation, with the feed rate controlled by a frequency converter. The system is also equipped with a metal detector to remove metallic impurities from the raw materials and protect the briquetting machine (pelletizer).

The compactor is also equipped with a temperature control system to prevent overheating of the raw materials, which could affect subsequent pelletizing.
4. Two-Stage Granulation System
Kitech Machinery's independently designed and developed two-stage single-screw extruder is ideal for processing heavily-printed films, high-moisture films, and temperature-sensitive raw materials. The raw materials undergo two stages of extrusion, filtration, and degassing, resulting in enhanced plasticization and higher pellet quality.

6. PLC Control System
Kitech's touchscreen panel features a visual 3D interface, making it easy to understand and convenient for operators, effectively reducing learning curves. The system utilizes well-known electrical components from Siemens, Schneider, ABB, and LS.
8. Underwater Strand Pelletizing System
This system is an affordable and versatile solution suitable for a variety of applications. It utilizes a three-step process: extrusion, cooling, and cutting. The plastic melt is first formed into strands through a die, then cooled and solidified in a water tank. Finally, a pelletizer cuts the pellets into uniform pellets. This system achieves a pellet size uniformity of up to ±0.3 mm, making it ideal for large-scale production of general-purpose plastics such as PP and PE.
