[Zhangjiagang, Suzhou] – Kitech Machinery, a leader in advanced plastic recycling solutions, recently hosted our customers visit showcase the successful trial of its KCP Series Double Stage Cutter Compactor Pelletizing System, featuring a proprietary self-cleaning laser filter. The demonstration highlighted the system’s capability to recycle various materials, including PE LDPE HDPE LLDPE PP BOPP ABS EPS XPS PS, etc.
Key Highlights of the Trial
Kitech Machinery KCP Series Pelletizing System, engineered for processing soft film plastics such as raffia, woven bags, and filaments, underwent rigorous testing with two common film materials:
(1)LDPE Blue Tape (low-density polyethylene)
(2)Printed HDPE Bags (high-density polyethylene with ink residues)
During the trial run, our salesman demonstrated to the customer how to operate the PLC control system and introduced each part of the machine and its function one by one. Customers quickly learn how to operate the PLC control system because It can automatically stop and start the entire system with one button.
The customer expressed particular interest in Kitech’s self-cleaning laser filter, a breakthrough innovation designed to minimize downtime and maintenance costs. The filter employs double-mesh carbide screens (80–300 microns) to autonomously remove contaminants during production, significantly reducing wear and extending service life. You can see in the picture below that impurities in the plastic material are slowly being removed from the laser filter.
