Kitech KSP series pelletizing system is a plastic recycling solution designed specifically for rigid plastic waste. Test details
The KSP series single screw pelletizing system was put into trial operation last week. The main recycled raw material was crushed HDPE pipe. As shown in the figure below, the final plastic pellets produced are uniform in size, color, smooth and bubble-free, meeting the standards for recycled plastic remanufacturing.
Kitech Machinery's KSP series single-stage pelletizing system consists of the following important components:
1. Screw Feeder
Its main function is to transport the crushed raw materials to the single screw extruder. The magnetic frame installed inside can effectively remove the magnetic metal in the material and prevent the extruder from being damaged. The material is stainless steel, which has a longer service life than most feeders on the market. The inverter adjusts the feed amount and saves energy at the same time. It can also be customized according to customer needs.
2. Single Screw Extruder
It uses high-power barrel and screw independently developed by Kitech, which has excellent raw material plasticizing performance, effectively maintains raw material temperature, and has an output 20% higher than traditional extruders. It uses corrosion-resistant grinding alloy material, and its service life is 1.5 times longer than that of standard materials. The barrel and screw cooperate to realize the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, exhausting and compacting of plastics, and continuously and evenly transport rubber to the molding system.
3. Double Vacuum Degassing System
Kitech Machinery's unique double vacuum degassing system can remove low molecular weight compounds, moisture and printing inks in the raw materials, effectively improving the purity of particles. The double vacuum degassing system is nearly twice as efficient as the traditional single vacuum degassing system.
4. Plate Filter
The plate filter adopts a single-plate double-position design, with a larger filtration area, and no need to stop the machine to replace the filter screen, realizing automatic continuous operation. Ceramic heaters are equipped on both sides for temperature control after plasticization. At the same time, it is equipped with a Gefran pressure sensor, which automatically reminds customers to replace the filter screen when the pressure is too high.
5. Pelletizing System
The European-designed water ring pelletizing system, with variable frequency drive to adjust the cutting speed and precisely control the particle size. It effectively ensures that the final particle size is uniform, the color is uniform, and there is no particle adhesion.
6. Vibration Drying System and Storage Silo
The combination of vibration dryer and horizontal centrifugal dryer can effectively dry the particles. The screen on the vibration dryer can effectively filter out non-compliant large particles, and the size of the screen holes can also be customized according to customer production needs. The water tank is equipped with a heat exchanger for cooling and recycling water resources. Finally, qualified particles will be transported to the silo through a pipeline for storage.
7. Touch Screen Control Panel
Equipped with Siemens PLC program, touch screen and 3D graphics operation interface, the operation is simple and easy to understand. It has parameter and recipe memory function, and there is no need to repeatedly set parameters when changing materials, and it can be started with one button.
The interlocking system module can be "started with one button" to avoid errors or failures caused by manual start.
8. Industrial Chiller
The granulation production line is equipped with an industrial chiller, which has low noise, small footprint, stable performance, and can effectively cool production water. The cooling water temperature can be automatically adjusted according to requirements, and long-term use can save water. Therefore, the water cooler is a standard energy-saving equipment.
