The recent trial run of the KSP Series Single-Screw Pelletizing System focused on PP flakes. As shown in the images below, the produced plastic pellets meet remanufacturing standards, demonstrating excellent quality and consistency.

The KSP series single stage pelletizing system of Kitech Machinery is mainly equipped with the following important components:

1.Screw Feeder
Transfers crushed raw materials into the single-screw extruder.
Made of stainless steel for extended service life.

2.Single-Screw Extruder-the core plastic recycling extruder

3. Degassing System

4. Self-Cleaning Laser Filter-an advanced laser filter for plastic pelletizing line 
The self-cleaning laser filter automatically removes impurities during operation, no need to change the wire mesh manually, reducing the mesh cost and labor cost.
The laser screen plate is made of Chromium-Molybdenum steel, it has excellent wear resistance and toughness, the thickness is 1.5mm, it ensures a long service life and reduces the frequency of replacement.
On the laser screen plate there are thousands of holes drilled by laser, it ensures High filtration efficiency. With the advanced laser technology, the laser screen can be with a precision of 80-800 microns

5. Pelletizing System
European-designed water ring pelletizer ensures uniform, non-sticking pellets.

6. Vibration & Drying System
