The production flow is streamlined and efficient: BOPP film is first reduced in size by a crusher, then conveyed via a transfer hopper to the pelletizing machine. A belt conveyor feeds the material into the crushing and compacting System for further processing. The material is then plasticized through a two-stage single screw extruder. Next, the plastic melt is cut into uniform pellets by a water ring pelletizing unit, pellets are dried via a vibration drying system, and finally stored in an Euro-hopper dryer for subsequent use.
