Kitech Shreddering Crushing and Washing machine for Large-Diameter HDPE Pipe

I. AGR Series Shredder

Applications: The AGR series shredder is designed for processing large-diameter pipes (up to 1200mm), such as PE, PP, PVC, HDPE solid-wall pipes, and double-corrugated pipes. The AGR series can also be used for crushing small-diameter pipes and profiles, large materials, large containers, pallets, etc.

II. AGH Series Crusher

This series of crushers features heavy-duty blade rotors, a welded steel structure, and a robust crushing chamber, ensuring maximum continuous production.

The rotor extension shaft can be equipped with a speed-regulating wheel. Adjustable rotor cutter holders minimize cutter change time. The all-welded heavy-duty steel structure design is intended to withstand the most demanding production environments. The rotor bearings, cutter holders, and rotor shaft are all enlarged. Standard V-cutting produces high-quality recycled material with extremely low fine powder content in the output. Other standard features include easily replaceable wear plates within the cutting chamber and external bearings to reduce the risk of contamination.

V. Drying and Storage System
