1. Intelligent Feeding & Pre-Treatment:
The system features a rubber belt conveyor with variable frequency drive (VFD) control for precise feed-rate adjustment. An optional metal detector safeguards downstream components. The core cutting and compacting unit utilizes servo-driven technology for stable material densification and feeding, performing simultaneous cutting, mixing, plasticizing, and pre-drying. Its advanced thermal management system ensures optimal temperature control to prevent material degradation.
2. High-Performance Single-Screw Extruder:
The heart of the system. The barrel and screw, manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy steel, are engineered for a broad application range and high productivity, ensuring thorough mixing, melting, degassing, and extrusion of plastics.
3. Double Vacuum Degassing System:
Our optimized double vacuum degassing system efficiently removes moisture, volatiles, and ink residues, eliminating bubbles and significantly enhancing the mechanical properties and appearance of the final pellets. The high-flow piston type screen changer, with its double-filter design, allows for non-stop operation during screen changes. It offers a larger effective filtration area, excellent sealing to prevent leaks, and is ideal for high-output continuous production.
4. Precision Pelletizing & Drying:
The water-ring pelletizing unit is equipped with durable D2 alloy cutters. The cutting speed is VFD-controlled and can be automatically adjusted via PLC based on melt pressure feedback, providing uniformly shaped and sized plastic pellets. The integrated vibration drying system, combining horizontal and vibrational drying, efficiently reduces pellet moisture content to below 3-5%. Its built-in water tank with a heat exchanger promotes efficient water cooling, lowering operational costs.
