This week, a UK recycled plastics factory received excellent news: KiTech's independently developed laser filtration system successfully entered production! Thanks to precise installation and commissioning by our overseas engineering team, the LDPE recycled pellets produced on-site achieved a breakthrough in quality, with low impurities and high uniformity, marking another milestone in the recognition of Chinese intelligent manufacturing in the international high-end market.

Recently, Kitech Machinery's engineering team has received good news from a Korean customer factory - the KSP series single screw low temperature granulation system has been successfully debugged and put into stable operation! This system is designed for the challenging low melt index high density polyethylene (HDPE) flake recycling. The successful application in South Korea marks that Kitech's technical strength in the field of efficient and high-quality recycling of rigid plastics has been internationally recognized again.

This project is a film crushing, washing, and drying line sold to the Ardabil region of Iran. The raw materials handled by the customer are discarded LDPE film and packaging bags. The pollutant is sediment.The washing line has been successfully operating for 5 years, continuously recycling and cleaning film materials for the customer.

This project is a film/woven bag washing drying system sold to the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. The raw material processed by the customer is PP woven bags, and the washing system has been successfully running for 6 years, continuously recycling and cleaning raw materials for the customer.

This project is the KCP series double stage compaction water ring pelletizing system sold to the Oryol region of Russia. In this project, the raw material recycled by the customer was LLDPE stretch film. The recycling granulation system in this case has been successfully operating for 4 years, continuously producing LLDPE plastic particles for the customer.

This project is a domestic waste plastic recycling system sold to the Guayaquil region of Ecuador. This recycling system includes a shredding, crushing, and washing system, as well as a two-stage single screw pelletizing system. The raw materials processed are discarded plastic frames, barrels, chairs, and PE/PP fragments. The recycling system in this project has been successfully operating for 4 years, continuously producing PP/PE particles for the customer.

In October 2025, a well-known packaging bag manufacturing enterprise from Belarus contacted Kitech Sales Manager Tom for equipment upgrade cooperation. Focusing on blown film packaging production, the client has a stable and large-scale recycling demand for post-consumer LLDPE film, with a monthly recycling and processing capacity of 800 tons.
