This recycling system is designed for the recycling of PET fabric and bags. This recycling system is equipped with a belt containing metal detectors, a dry dust removal system, and a three-stage vacuum filtration system. Metal detectors can effectively remove metal impurities that may be mixed in PET cloth and bags. The dry dust removal system can remove PET cloth and bags, filter out debris generated in the compactor, prevent environmental pollution, and waste of raw materials. The three-stage vacuum filtration system can Remove water vapor and small molecule volatile substances, reduce material degradation during processing, and improve I.V. Value.

PET fabric will be shredded and compacted in the compactor, and then melted into liquid plastic in the single screw extruder. After being filtered by a plate type filtration, liquid plastic will be cooled and cut into particles in the water strand system.
