This week, Kitech Machinery successfully tested a KCP series compacting water ring pelletizing system. This recycling pelletizing system is sold to the Chicago area in the United States. The materials recycled and processed by the customer are LLDPE stretch film and roll film.
This recycling system is designed for recycling roll film drums and is equipped with nip roller and roller holder. The roller holder can simultaneously install multiple roll film barrels, allowing multiple rolls of film to continuously enter the compactor through the nip roller.
Film will be shredded and compacted in the compactor, and then melted into liquid plastic in the single screw extruder. After being filtered by a plate type filtration, liquid plastic will be cooled and cut into individual particles in the water ring pelletizing system.
This KCP series compacting water ring pelletizing system can process various roll films, non-woven fabrics and other roller plastic films, such as PE LDPE, HDPE LLDPE, PP,BOPP,etc.
Kitech Machinery has always been committed to producing cost-effective and high-quality plastic recycling equipment, helping global customers achieve green production. We will continue to contribute to the world's ecological environment and provide customers with higher quality products and services.
