Double-stage Plastic Film Pelletizing Machine Trial Successful for Polish Customer
Our customer in Poland runs a recycling company focused on PE film recycling and plastic pelletizing. They process around 150 tons of material every month, with a stable customer base and steady growth.
Their main material is washed, and squeeze-dried film from the washing line. This material is pre-washed, but it still carries traces of impurities. For that reason, the customer set high requirements for filtration precision, devolatilization and long-term durability.
Based on the material characteristics, capacity planning and future upgrade needs, KITECH designed a customized KCP120 Plus+140 double-stage plastic pelletizing line. It has now moved on to the most critical step before delivery — the factory trial run.
A machine proves its value only under real working conditions. A factory trial is the most direct test of a plastic film pelletizing machine before delivery. It turns promises into visible facts.
For this trial, the customer specified PE film as the test material, and we ran a systematic test with it inside the KITECH factory. The whole process was recorded on video and compiled into a trial report. Both were shared with the Polish customer immediately, so they could follow the real performance remotely.
Trial setup:
The trial run was completed with convincing results across every key indicator:
After reviewing the trial video and running data, the customer spoke highly of the machine . They valued the output, the pellet quality and our professional service.
This successful trial laid a solid foundation for shipment, on-site installation and commissioning overseas.
Since the customer mainly processes washed material, this machine was configured with five targeted features covering material handling, filtration, devolatilization, wear resistance and automation:
Washed film may still contain residual impurities. The double-stage structure with double-stage filtration removes impurities stage by stage. This maximizes pellet purity and meets strict quality requirements.
The double-stage design adds an extra natural venting port. Compared with single-stage machines, it delivers better devolatilization. Moisture and low-molecular volatiles are discharged more thoroughly, improving pellet quality and processing stability.
The first-stage extruder is upgraded with a bimetallic barrel and screw. Washed material still contains impurities, so the bimetallic construction offers superior wear and corrosion resistance. It counters abrasive wear, extends service life and reduces long-term maintenance costs.
A weighing system monitors output in real time. Actual hourly output is visible at a glance, providing precise data for production management.
A laser filter interface is reserved for future automation upgrades. The customer can enhance filtration precision and automation later without replacing the machine — protecting the initial investment.
Beyond the targeted configurations, this line inherits the core strengths of the series — the technical foundation behind the stable output and pellet quality shown in the trial:
The successful trial is no coincidence. It is built on two decades of exclusive dedication to plastic recycling:
A plastic pelletizing line is about more than capacity and profit — it carries a commitment to a greener future. Every year, our installed equipment processes around 1.2 million tons of plastic waste and produces around 1 million tons of recycled pellets. This cuts approximately 6.95 million tons of CO2e emissions annually.
"Reborn Plastic with Key-Tech"— realizing high-value recycling for every piece of waste plastic. We will continue to work with partners around the world, using intelligent pelletizing equipment and systematic solutions to advance the plastic circular economy.
