This project is a film crushing, washing, and drying line sold to the Ardabil region of Iran. The raw materials handled by the customer are discarded LDPE film and packaging bags. The pollutant is sediment. The washing line has been successfully operating for 5 years, continuously recycling and cleaning film materials for the customer.
Our customer in Poland runs a recycling company focused on PE film recycling and plastic pelletizing. They process around 150 tons of material every month, with a stable customer base and steady growth.
Their main material is washed, and squeeze-dried film from the washing line. This material is pre-washed, but it still carries traces of impurities. For that reason, the customer set high requirements for filtration precision, devolatilization and long-term durability.
Based on the material characteristics, capacity planning and future upgrade needs, KITECH designed a customized KCP120 Plus+150 double-stage plastic pelletizing line. It has now moved on to the most critical step before delivery — the factory trial run.
The client, a Latvian company, is a rapidly growing, diversified plastic recycling enterprise. Having evolved from trading plastic raw materials to independently building washing and pelletizing lines—and subsequently expanding across the recycled plastics value chain—the client is driving corporate value growth through equipment upgrades.
In the global effort to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable recycling, KITECH MACHINERY offers an advanced plastic film washing recycling machine designed to process various plastic materials, including PE film, agricultural film, stretch film, PP jumbo bags, space bags, woven bags, and snake skin bags. Our PE film washing line and PP bags washing line are engineered for high efficiency, low energy consumption, and stable output, ensuring high-quality recycled materials.

Polyethylene (PE) is one of the most widely used plastics in the world. It is commonly found in flexible packaging, agricultural films, industrial wrapping, and everyday plastic bags. This naturally raises an important question for manufacturers, recyclers, and investors: can polyethylene be recycled efficiently on an industrial scale? The answer is yes. Pure, properly sorted waste PE film can be recycled through mechanical processes. However, reprocessing waste PE film is not as straightforward as recycling many rigid plastics. Its physical properties and contamination levels create several practical challenges, which help explain why the global recycling rate for flexible PE waste remains relatively low. For modern recycling plants, a properly designed plastic film washing line a reliable and pe film recycling machine are therefore important parts of an efficient recycling system.
