Our customer in Poland runs a recycling company focused on PE film recycling and plastic pelletizing. They process around 150 tons of material every month, with a stable customer base and steady growth.

Their main material is washed, and squeeze-dried film from the washing line. This material is pre-washed, but it still carries traces of impurities. For that reason, the customer set high requirements for filtration precision, devolatilization and long-term durability.

Based on the material characteristics, capacity planning and future upgrade needs, KITECH designed a customized KCP120 Plus+150 double-stage plastic pelletizing line. It has now moved on to the most critical step before delivery — the factory trial run.

In 2024, KITECH Machinery provided a customized plastic film pelletizing machine solution for a blown film manufacturer in Ecuador. Recently, the customer shared positive feedback showing that the equipment has been running very stably. The system combines a two-stage plastic film pelletizing machine, laser filtration, a multi-roll film stand, and an air-conditioned electrical cabinet.

For manufacturers that rely on recycled polyethylene, rising recycled resin prices can directly affect production costs. One practical solution is to recover suitable plastic waste in-house and convert it into reusable pellets.

This was the challenge faced by RAC, a Mexican manufacturer of agricultural irrigation products. The company uses recycled LDPE to produce drip tape, but increasing recycled LDPE prices encouraged RAC to develop a more efficient internal recycling process.

To meet this need, RAC partnered with KiTech Machinery to install an integrated recycling system featuring an AGF Series grinding machine and KCP Series PE film compactor pelletizing machine.

The new system is designed to process post-industrial LDPE and HDPE film at approximately 300–350 kg/h, helping RAC improve recycling efficiency while reducing manual labor.

As a regional benchmark recycling enterprise, the company boasts stable production capacity and high-quality downstream customer resources, and it urgently introduced professional laser filter for plastic recycling equipment to break through production bottlenecks and upgrade product grade.
