The one-stage system completes feeding, melting, vacuum degassing, melt filtration and water-ring pelletizing in one continuous process. Featuring low energy use, small footprint and simple operation, it turns washed plastic scraps into uniform recycled pellets for injection molding, pipe extrusion and film blowing.
