This video shows the recycling and pelletizing of PP scraps. The extruder adopts optimized screw geometry to achieve gentle material melting paired with efficient vacuum devolatilization. It minimizes thermal degradation of clean flake feedstock, yielding recycled pellets with consistent melt characteristics.
