Our customer in Poland runs a recycling company focused on PE film recycling and plastic pelletizing. They process around 150 tons of material every month, with a stable customer base and steady growth.
Their main material is washed, and squeeze-dried film from the washing line. This material is pre-washed, but it still carries traces of impurities. For that reason, the customer set high requirements for filtration precision, devolatilization and long-term durability.
Based on the material characteristics, capacity planning and future upgrade needs, KITECH designed a customized KCP120 Plus+150 double-stage plastic pelletizing line. It has now moved on to the most critical step before delivery — the factory trial run.
The company was producing more than 300 tons of internal film scrap every month. However, the existing recycling lines, with a maximum output of approximately 250 kg/h, struggled to keep pace with waste generation. Frequent maintenance requirements, high spare parts costs, and long service cycles created increasing pressure on production stability.
After 18 months of technical discussions, factory visits, solution optimization, and supplier comparisons, the customer finally selected KITECH Machinery’s KCP120 single-stage compacting pelletizing system over several well-known domestic and international suppliers.
In the Vietnamese customer's production workshop, Kitech Machinery's KCP80 Pelletizing machine officially commenced operation. The KCP series is a production line specifically designed for large-scale recycling of LDPE film and other soft plastics.
In 2024, KITECH Machinery provided a customized plastic film pelletizing machine solution for a blown film manufacturer in Ecuador. Recently, the customer shared positive feedback showing that the equipment has been running very stably. The system combines a two-stage plastic film pelletizing machine, laser filtration, a multi-roll film stand, and an air-conditioned electrical cabinet.
For manufacturers that rely on recycled polyethylene, rising recycled resin prices can directly affect production costs. One practical solution is to recover suitable plastic waste in-house and convert it into reusable pellets.
This was the challenge faced by RAC, a Mexican manufacturer of agricultural irrigation products. The company uses recycled LDPE to produce drip tape, but increasing recycled LDPE prices encouraged RAC to develop a more efficient internal recycling process.
To meet this need, RAC partnered with KiTech Machinery to install an integrated recycling system featuring an AGF Series grinding machine and KCP Series PE film compactor pelletizing machine.
The new system is designed to process post-industrial LDPE and HDPE film at approximately 300–350 kg/h, helping RAC improve recycling efficiency while reducing manual labor.
The client, a Latvian company, is a rapidly growing, diversified plastic recycling enterprise. Having evolved from trading plastic raw materials to independently building washing and pelletizing lines—and subsequently expanding across the recycled plastics value chain—the client is driving corporate value growth through equipment upgrades.
Every year, millions of tons of PE film — shopping bags, stretch wrap, agricultural mulch and packaging film — end up in landfills or oceans. Meanwhile, recyclers equipped with a reliable pe film recycling machine are turning this troublesome waste stream into steady income. This guide breaks down the real costs, profit margins and setup tips you need before launching your own PE film recycling project.
Polyethylene (PE) is one of the most widely used plastics in the world. It is commonly found in flexible packaging, agricultural films, industrial wrapping, and everyday plastic bags. This naturally raises an important question for manufacturers, recyclers, and investors: can polyethylene be recycled efficiently on an industrial scale? The answer is yes. Pure, properly sorted waste PE film can be recycled through mechanical processes. However, reprocessing waste PE film is not as straightforward as recycling many rigid plastics. Its physical properties and contamination levels create several practical challenges, which help explain why the global recycling rate for flexible PE waste remains relatively low. For modern recycling plants, a properly designed plastic film washing line a reliable and pe film recycling machine are therefore important parts of an efficient recycling system.
This project is a compacting water ring pelletizing system sold to Tehran, Iran. The raw materials processed by the customer are discarded LLDPE film and packaging bags. The pelletizing system has been successfully operating for 6 years, continuously producing plastic LLDPE particles for the customer.
