This project is a film crushing, washing, and drying line sold to the Ardabil region of Iran. The raw materials handled by the customer are discarded LDPE film and packaging bags. The pollutant is sediment.The washing line has been successfully operating for 5 years, continuously recycling and cleaning film materials for the customer.

The customer’s main input materials consisted of mixed rigid PP and PE plastics collected from external recycling channels. Due to the complex nature of these materials, the recycling system needed strong contamination removal capability while maintaining stable and efficient operation. Based on the material analysis, KITECH recommended its RPW Series rigid plastic washing line, a professional recycling solution developed for processing various post-consumer rigid plastics
