In the plastic recycling industry, the long-term stability and raw material adaptability of equipment are key to production efficiency and economic benefits. Kitech Machinery has earned the long-term trust of numerous customers worldwide with its leading KCP series two-stage pelletizing machine. Recently, our team revisited a customer's factory in Poland. Since introducing the KCP production line in 2021, the equipment has been running stably for four consecutive years and continues to maintain excellent performance. During this visit, we not only assisted the customer with routine maintenance and parts replacement but also helped them further optimize their production processes through technical exchanges.
Today, Kitech Machinery successfully tested its KCP Series single stage pelletizer. This machine is perfectly suited for recycling film plastic waste. Through on-site testing, the customer was satisfied with the final plastic pellet output and quality. They also held in-depth technical discussions with our specialists.
This week, Kitech's latest generation high-volume pelleting solution—the KSP180 Plus pelleting production line—successfully completed its trial run. The official commissioning of this line marks a new milestone in Kitech's technological capabilities in large-scale plastic recycling, providing global large-scale plastic recycling companies with an unprecedentedly efficient and pure pelleting experience.
In today's booming plastic circular economy, efficiency, quality, and cost control are core concerns for recycling companies. Based on years of market experience, Kitech Machinery has launched the KSS series shredder and pelletizing machine—a highly integrated, intelligent, and efficient complete production line. It integrates crushing and granulation, specifically designed for processing complex waste plastics such as plastic scraps, plastic films, raffia, hollow products, and foamed materials. It is your ideal choice for reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and enhancing product competitiveness.
At Kitech Machinery, we are at the forefront of plastic recycling technology, engineering solutions that turn post-consumer and post-industrial plastic into high-value resources. Our mission is to empower your business with efficient, reliable, and intelligent systems that close the recycling loop and boost profitability. The KCP Series, exemplified by our high-capacity pelletizer machine, embodies this commitment to innovation and excellence.
Between mid-May and mid-June 2026, Kitech Machinery sales managers James and Tom are currently on a 30-day client roadshow across Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay and other countries. The pair visited 22 local soft plastic recycling plants face-to-face, focusing on post-consumer PE/PP flexible waste processing. After auditing daily production logs and interviewing plant operators on-site, we pinpointed the biggest profit-killing bottlenecks for Brazilian FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container, widely called ton bags locally) recyclers, and rolled out targeted retrofitting and turnkey solutions with our 5G KCP PLUS continuous self-cleaning pelletizing line.
Last week, Kitech Machinery celebrated a significant milestone with the successful test run of its KCP180 crushing and pelletizing system. This customized line was developed for a foreign furniture injection molding and recycling manufacturer. The system efficiently processes BOPP film, transforming it into high-quality recycled plastic pellets ready for reuse.
As the new year begins, everything is renewed. Kitech Machinery once again welcomed the annual Spring Festival. In this joyous festive atmosphere, company leaders and all employees raised their glasses to celebrate this joyous occasion. The theme of this year's New Year's Eve party was Riding the Wave, Moving Forward Steadily, Shaping Dreams and Taking Flight, signifying that Kitech Machinery will keenly grasp the trends of the times and steadfastly put them into practice, contributing to the company's vigorous development while realizing the life ideals of every employee.
The global push for sustainable plastic recycling is driving significant regulatory updates worldwide. Recently, China, South Korea, and Japan have each announced important new rules for recycled plastics, set to take effect in early 2026. These changes will reshape the industry, requiring businesses to adapt their supply chains and upgrade technologies.
In 2024, global recycled plastic pellet production was approximately 34,613 thousand tons, with an average global market price of approximately $896 per ton. Its applications span packaging, automotive parts, building materials, and consumer goods, driven by both regulatory pressures for the circular economy and increasing corporate commitments to reducing their carbon footprint.
According to the "Plastics Industry Overview 2025" report released by Plastics Europe, global plastics production reached 430.9 million tons in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 4.1%, and an increase of over 16% compared to 2018. Despite regional differences in growth distribution, demand for plastics remains strong, particularly concentrated in the packaging, consumer goods, and automotive industries. However, the global production landscape is undergoing profound changes, with the center of production shifting from Europe and the Americas to Asia, reshaping the global industry landscape.
