The plastic recycling industry plays a crucial role in promoting sustainability and reducing plastic waste. In Ontario, Canada, a state-of-the-art plastic pelletizing machine from KITECH MACHINERY has been successfully installed and is currently in operation. This project utilizes the latest 5G Series KCP160/50 plastic granulation machine to process post-industrial plastic waste efficiently, converting it into high-quality recycled granules.

In October 2025, a well-known packaging bag manufacturing enterprise from Belarus contacted Kitech Sales Manager Tom for equipment upgrade cooperation. Focusing on blown film packaging production, the client has a stable and large-scale recycling demand for post-consumer LLDPE film, with a monthly recycling and processing capacity of 800 tons.

The company was producing more than 300 tons of internal film scrap every month. However, the existing recycling lines, with a maximum output of approximately 250 kg/h, struggled to keep pace with waste generation. Frequent maintenance requirements, high spare parts costs, and long service cycles created increasing pressure on production stability.

After 18 months of technical discussions, factory visits, solution optimization, and supplier comparisons, the customer finally selected KITECH Machinery’s KCP120 single-stage compacting pelletizing system over several well-known domestic and international suppliers.

The customer required a plastic pelletizing equipment with a target capacity of 200–300 kg/h. Because the recycled material was related to medical packaging production, the customer paid close attention to laser filtration accuracy, fine-contaminant removal, black-spot control, material loss, and pellet consistency.

Before shipment, the customer arranged a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at KITECH's factory.
