This system is specifically designed for the efficient recycling of HDPE/PP rigid plastic containers (gasoline bottles, daily-use containers, shampoo bottles). 02 Crusher Machine
Optimized for plastic films, small hollow containers, and bottles, our crusher produces uniform flakes ideal for subsequent washing and drying. It features high-quality bearings and counterweight wheels, a low-consumption WEG motor, an automated electric hydraulic control system, high-hardness D2 alloy blades, a programmable PLC control system, and customizable screen sizes.
03 Screw Conveyor
As a versatile Screw Conveyor, it utilizes a rotating spiral driven by a motor to transfer materials. Its enclosed structure seamlessly connects key process stages, ensuring steady transport of crushed flakes, preventing spillage and secondary contamination, thereby guaranteeing coherent production flow. 04 Friction Washer

06 Centrifugal Dryer

07 Pipe Line Dryer
