The KCP140+150 Double Stage Cutter Compactor Pelletizing Machine for Recycling Printed LDPE Film was Successfully Tested in Kitech Facility！

This week, Kitech successfully tested double stage cutter compactor pelletizing system. The KCP series plastic granulator is very suitable for processing various soft plastic films, such as raffia, filaments, bags, woven bags, woven fabrics, etc. Kitech's KCP series can be widely used in various materials, such as PE LDPE HDPE LLDPE PP BOPP ABS EPS XPS PS, etc. This trial mainly tested the recycling of three common film raw materials by the KCP series pelletizing system.

1. Feeding system
The feeding system uses a belt conveyor, which can realize automatic feeding during operation, and the feed amount is controlled by the frequency converter. At the same time, it is equipped with a metal detector for removing metal impurities in the raw materials to protect the compactor ( Agglomerator)

2. Crushing and compacting system
The crushing and compacting system developed by Kitech Machinery has functions of preheating, mixing, semi-plasticization and pre-drying, which can ensure stable and rapid feeding of raw materials. The compactor is also equipped with a temperature control system to prevent the raw materials from overheating and affecting the subsequent production of pelletizing.

3. Double stage pelletizing system
The two sets of single-screw extruders designed and developed by Kitech Machinery are very suitable for heavy ink printing films, films with high moisture content, and raw materials that are sensitive to temperature. The raw materials are extruded, filtered and exhausted twice, made the plasticizing effect and particle quality are better.

4. Vacuum degassing system
The forced double vacuum exhaust system can effectively remove low molecules, moisture, ink, etc. through high temperature, and improve the quality of plastic particles.

5. PLC control system
