KSS series shredder Plastic pelletizing machine

The KCS Series granulating and pelletizing system are with machine features of shredding, crushing, efeeding, plasticization and pelletizing in one prouction line.

Applied in the plastics recycling and pelletizing Processing, this is a integrated and cost-saving solution for waste plastic scraps, such as: film, raffia, trim, purge, hollow plastic and foaming materials.

After raw materials are conveying into the shredder by the belt convoyor ,The specail designed shredding will shredding,cutting and size reducing ,simultaneously feeding them into the extruder, perfectly addressing the issue of oversized raw materials hindering direct recycling.

The granulating machine cutter the waste plastic into small pieces and fast feed into the main extruder, after melting ,degassing ,mixing,extruding ,Get well plasticized effects.
