From Raw Materials to High-Quality Pellet: A Seamless Process
Our pelletizing line transforms plastic raw materials into high-quality pellets. The entire process begins with the feed system, proceeds through the cutter and compactor for more thorough crushing and preheating, and then is uniformly fed into the extruder for melting and plasticization. The melt is then filtered through our plate screen changer. The purified melt is then precisely cut by the water ring pelletizing system. Finally, the final pellets are cooled, screened, dried by a vibrating drying system, and stored in a silo system.

1. Automatic Feeding System
A rubber belt automatically conveys plastic waste, and the feed speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter. This system can be optionally equipped with a metal detector to filter out metallic impurities and protect downstream equipment.
2. Dust Removal Device
A dedicated dust collector for the pelletizing line plays a vital role in the pelletizing process. 5. Double Vacuum Degassing System
The dual-chamber design enables non-stop operation, effectively removing low-molecular weights, moisture, and ink from the raw material, improving the quality of plastic pellets.
6. Plate-Type Rapid Screen Changer
The plate-type screen changer offers a simple structure, low cost, easy operation, and low energy consumption during production.
The single-plate, dual-station screen changer provides a large filtration area and fast screen changing speed, enabling non-stop screen changes.
7. European-Style Water Ring Pelletizing System
The European-style water ring pelletizer features a variable speed drive (VFD) that automatically controls the speed based on melt pressure to produce uniformly sized plastic pellets.

8. Vibration Drying System

The water tank is equipped with a heat exchanger for efficient cooling water reuse.
9. PLC Control System
The PLC system utilizes renowned electrical brands such as Siemens, Schneider, and ABB, featuring one-touch automatic start and stop, recipe memory, and automatic power-off for maintenance. The integrated intelligent control and human-machine interface ensures easy operation and a low learning curve.
10. Silo System
